Bedding made the old way, for the bed you actually have.

Italian looms. Slovak hands. Linen cut to your measurements — a small atelier making the kind of bedding that used to be normal.

Why BRUNI exists

It started with a bed we couldn't buy.

The bedding I wanted didn't exist here. Real European linen, sewn properly, made for the person who would actually sleep in it — everything on the shelves was polyester pretending to be luxury, or luxury pretending it had never met a real bedroom.

So I went to the source: the Italian looms that weave for Europe's finest hotels. I brought the fabric home to Slovakia, to people who have sewn their whole lives, and we started making bedding the way it used to be made — to measure, to last, and to be touched before it is judged.

Four things we refuse to compromise on.

What we stand for

Four things we refuse to compromise on.

A small atelier doesn't get to be average. Everything we make stands on four decisions, and none of them is negotiable.

Real materials

Stonewashed European linen and high-end Italian weaves, every metre OEKO-TEX® certified. If we would not sleep in it, we do not sell it.

Slovak hands

Every set is cut, sewn and finished in Slovakia by people whose work we can stand behind — and checked by hand before it ships.

Made to measure

Beds are not one-size. Neither are we. Your exact dimensions are the default here, not a special request.

Direct and honest

You buy from the people who made it. Ask a question and the founder answers; nothing we say about the fabric is anything we couldn't say to your face in the showroom.

Bringing luxury textile craft back to Slovakia.

Our mission

Bringing luxury textile craft back to Slovakia.

For generations, Slovak towns and villages lived from textiles. Most of that industry is gone now — but the hands that carried it are still here.

BRUNI exists to give that craft a future: every set we sell is sewn in small Slovak villages, by people whose skill deserves better than being forgotten.

The skills are still here

All BRUNI linen is sewn in small Slovak villages, in collaboration with experienced ateliers and seamstresses who have spent their working lives in textiles.

Worthy fabric for worthy hands

We bring high-end Italian and European weaves to Slovak cutting tables — because craft this good deserves material that repays it.

Every order keeps it alive

Made-to-order means no overproduction and real work for real ateliers. Every bed we dress keeps traditional craftsmanship working — one order at a time.

How a BRUNI set is made.

From loom to bedroom

How a BRUNI set is made.

Three stages, two countries, one bed — yours. Nothing is sewn until we know exactly which bed it's for.

01

Woven in Europe

The fabric comes from Italian and European mills that supply five-star hotels — chosen by touch, with closed eyes and open hands, before a metre of it is cut.

02

Sewn in Slovakia

Your set is cut to your mattress's real dimensions in our atelier — seams, closures and corners done properly, then checked by hand. Use the "Looking for a custom size?" option on any product page.

03

Delivered to your door

Straight from the atelier to your bedroom, within days — no warehouse, no middlemen, no one between the person who sewed it and the person who sleeps in it.

The atelier, in motion.

The fabrics

Judged with closed eyes, chosen with open hands.

Stonewashed linen has a texture you can see from across the room — a soft, lived-in crumple that never needs ironing and never looks like it's trying. It's cool when you lie down, warm by the time you're asleep, and softer with every wash.

The colours are mixed for skin, not showrooms: Cloud 9, Pearl Dust, Biscotto, Bare Dune and the rest of the range, all OEKO-TEX® certified.

A texture you'll recognise with your eyes closed.
