Shipping & Returns

We strive to ensure your journey to a luxurious sleep is as seamless as possible. Here is how we handle getting our products to your door and what happens if they aren't quite right.

1. Shipping

All BRUNI orders are delivered via GLS Slovakia in Slovakia.

  • Standard Items: Orders for items in stock are typically processed and shipped within 10 business days.
  • Custom Made-to-Order: Since these pieces are tailored specifically for you, please allow 10-20 business days for production and dispatch.
  • Tracking: Once your package is with the courier, you will receive an email with a GLS tracking number so you can follow its journey.

2. Returns

We understand that sometimes a choice doesn't fit your vision. Our return policy depends on the type of product purchased:

  • Standard Sizes: You may return standard items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original luxury packaging to receive a full refund.
  • Custom Sizes: Because these items are handcrafted to your specific measurements, personalization or fabric choice (AURA and ELEIA), they cannot be returned for a change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect (such as a seam or zipper issue), we offer free professional repairs.

How to Start a Return

To make the process effortless, please follow the below steps.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@bruni-home.sk or hello@bruni-home.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number].
  2. Include Details: In your email, please provide:
    1. Your Order Number
    2. The reason for the return
    3. The exact item(s) you wish to return
  3. Print Your Label: Once approved, we will email you a printable return label.
  4. Drop Off: Securely pack your items, attach the label, and drop the package at any GLS ParcelShop or arrange a courier pickup.
  5. Refund & Inspecton: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods (or receiving proof that you have sent them back).

Return Fee: Please note that a standard shipping fee of €4.50 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the return transport.
